Use Paradigm Shifts to Overcome The Fear of Public Speaking

You can overcome your fear of public speaking with less effort than you ever thought possible. This video describes how others have been able to overcome their fears and then goes on to describe one technique, paradigm shifting, to help reduce your fears.

Paradigm shifting is essentially looking for areas where your perceptions are wrong. By changing those perceptions you can change how you respond to situations.

This video gives a couple of examples of where perceptions about public speaking are commonly wrong.

Two warnings:

  1. The video is intended to be informative, not flashy. If you’re looking for something that is “way cool”, you’re in the wrong place. If you’re looking for great material on how to start overcoming your fear, then you’re in the right place.
  2. The video has a lot of information crammed into it – and I mean crammed. I had a hard time getting it into the YouTube 10 minute limit. As a result, it moves pretty fast. If you want more information you can it at my website, www.EffectivelySpeaking.Com.  If you signup for my free newsletter the system will automatically send you a number of reports including one on paradigms.
